We're looking for a relentless builder to make 5050 UK the world's best onramp for deep tech founders. Running 5050 UK, you'll inspire and equip hundreds of scientists and engineers to tackle civilization-scale problems, grow into great founders, and build indispensable companies.
You'll oversee all aspects of the program, from crafting pedagogy to growing the team, mentoring cohorts, and setting the creative and strategic vision to scale 5050. At 50Y, we’ve developed the 5050 curriculum from scratch. We're always iterating on every aspect of the program, and we'd love for you to try new things that, if successful, we’ll incorporate across the US cohorts, too.
In this role, you’ll identify potential world shapers, build cohort recruitment funnels, lead cohort selection, and nurture our growing community of participants and alumni. As a trusted partner to founders-in-the-making, you’ll support scientists and engineers as they navigate their entrepreneurial journey, identify the right idea to build, develop into great founders, and start deep tech startups.
