The Role

We're looking for someone with a knack for finding exceptional talent. You'll find world shapers for 5050, as well as early talent additions for 5050 teams. By teaching 5050 cohort members talent and recruiting best practices, you'll help hundreds of scientists and engineers to tackle civilization-scale problems, grow into great founders, and build indispensable companies.

You'll build tools to identify potential world benders. For example, we've built SETI, an automated AI-driven pipeline to build top of funnel and identify potential 5050 participants. Alongside our engineering and 5050 teams, you’ll build scalable systems like SETI to find great future founders.

You'll be the first call to help 5050 founders build their teams – whether they need a scrappy chemical engineer or a marketing wizard with experience in synthetic biology. More importantly, you’ll teach them how you operate so the next time they have a key role to fill, they know exactly what to do. You'll build tools and nurture talent networks in niche areas to anticipate the talent needs of 5050 participants and alumni. As a mentor, you'll help teach 5050 participants how to build world-class teams.
